wow I'm surprised Mark Davis had the balls to eat millions of dollars in Del Rio money to move on from him. seems to be a good move. we'll see who they land.

Gruden is intelligent and knows nearly everything about incoming draft picks.

It's putting a lot of hope on his shoulders to save the franchise.

He made them good once before and then beat them like red headed stepchildren in the Super Bowl...with a Tampa Bay team. I can’t believe he would go back.

Chucky and the Raiders were made for each other.

Of all of the bonehead moves that Al Davis made, trying to keep Gruden on the cheap was one of his biggest.
 
I highly doubt Gruden will be gifted a % of team ownership, and would doubt even more that that % will come from Davis. It seems like the same dangling carrot that they gave to Adelson when trying to woo Las Vegas.

I hope it doesn't blow up in Davis's face. I could get behind a Chucky-led team again.
 
Raider and 9ers to coin toss for the 9th and 10th pick. Way to screw up your draft position, 9ers.
 
The top 5 pick would have been a QB anyway. Significantly better to already have a franchise guy at the expense of picking 9th instead of 4th.
